What is it?
A competency-based training and assessment interactive CD-ROM
aimed at employees and employers. The program's core
training elements incorporate the National Standard for
Manual Tasks (2007) and the National Code of Practice
for the Prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders from Performing
Manual Tasks at Work (2007).
Written by a physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience in the
assessment and treatment of injured workers, manual handling
training and risk assessment, this program fills a void in the
marketplace for those who are seeking flexibility, value,
quality and consistency in manual handling training.
Manual Handling includes so much more than lifting!

Can I play the CD on a DVD player and watch it on a TV?
No. The presentations on the CD-ROM are Flash format and
will only play on a PC.
What will happen when my licence expires?
When your licence expires and you try to start the
PiS Easy® Manual Handling Training and Assessment
CD-ROM you will be presented with a screen telling you your licence has expired. You will need to purchase a new licence - please note that existing customers receive a discount off standard pricing when they renew their licence.

What size licence do I need?
Your licence size is calculated on the total
number of employees your business, franchise or store has and whether
or not it is a training organisation. If your business, franchise or
store has more than 30 employees or is a training organisation
then you will require a Large Licence. All other businesses
will require a Small Licence. Government departments need to
contact us to determine
licensing requirements.

All you need to run the PiS Easy® Manual Handling
Training and Assessment CD-ROM is a computer with the
following:
- Microsoft Windows
- 500MHz CPU
- 128MB of RAM
- Soundcard
- CD-ROM drive (24x)
